About The The Harbor Freight Project
The Harbor Freight project in Fort Worth, TX, is a 708,000-square-foot, fully air-conditioned distribution center equipped with 81 dock packages, 42 rooftop units (RTUs), and 50 forklift chargers, complemented by a 20,000-square-foot interior office space adorned with high-end finishes such as LVT flooring and ceramic tile. The project was successfully delivered on time despite the operational challenges, including completing the finish-out without disrupting the building’s occupants and without utilities initially available. Our relationships with city officials were crucial in navigating and overcoming supply chain issues, ensuring project deadlines were met.
