About The Rochester Sensors Project
The Rochester Sensors project is a multifaceted development covering 80,350 square feet in Coppell, TX. This project entailed a broad scope of work, including significant exterior site improvements and the design and construction of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. In addition to a distribution warehouse, the project featured an interior office build-out to support administrative and operational functions. This development highlights the new 7,500-square-foot Research and Development (R&D) lab, designed to foster innovation and advance Rochester Sensors’ product development capabilities. Through this comprehensive project, we have enhanced the company’s infrastructure, enabling Rochester Sensors to continue its tradition of excellence in manufacturing.
