About The Nix Patterson and Roach Project
The local law firm, Nix Patterson and Roach hired Gordon Highlander to finish-out their Class A offices in Advancial Tower. The project was initiated when Nix Patterson and Roach decided to relocate from Las Colinas to Dallas. This space was built-out with 14 private offices, a coffee bar, wellness rooms, and various collaborative workspaces. The main conference room featured a large, illuminated cloud light fixture and five automatic, stainless steel, pivot doors. Other design elements included motorized dual blackout shades, and a waterfall reception desk made from quartz.
