About The New Wellness Project
New Wellness chose our team at Gordon Highlander to complete their first-of-its-kind design-build, food-grade manufacturing facility. This project features a fully air-conditioned warehouse, (10) dock packages, a structural steel equipment mezzanine, (2) production lines, and a packing line. We built a full-scale chilled water processing plant to accommodate this state-of-the-art facility, requiring superior communication and coordination. The production lines generate over 7,000 gummies every hour, which gets packaged on the 150-foot fully automated packaging line. We also installed LED Lighting throughout and a building management system (BMS) to create energy efficiency. The 15,000 sq. ft office space includes various conference rooms, workstations, R&D/Micro Labs, and private and open offices. This unique space is one that Gordon Highlander was proud to complete!
