About The Caddo Office Project
Caddo is a unique client that selected Gordon Highlander to construct their new Dallas location in order to keep up with their growing demand. Caddo Office Reimagined was a total 4-story gut remodel of a historic 1964 bank building. This project would redesign the building to create leasable spaces for businesses looking to office 1-10 people. The build-out involved 157 private office suites, 4 shared conference rooms, mezzanine, grand stair, and cafe area. It was important to the owners to retain and restore many of the historical design features of the building such as the terrazzo floors, mid-century railings and staircases, split levels, and walk-in vaults. The result is a beautiful and vibrant atmosphere that features pieces of the building’s history throughout. Gordon Highlander was honored to be a part of the continued history.
